Hi we are Chuck and Nicki Pousson. We've been self-employed Entrepreneurs now full time for the past 17 years. We've learned a lot along the way and spend a great deal of time educating ourselves in business, internet attraction marketing, relationship marketing and personal development. Our “true passion” is teaching/educating and helping others learn to build successful home businesses.

For the past 17 years we had a very successful real estate business. The last 8 years of our real estate career we were ranked in the Top 10 Realtors in our local area that included 85,000 licensed real estate agents. The last 4 years we closed 160 million in sales production which entered us into the “who’s who” of real estate. This is not to impress you. For all of you that have worked up the corporate ladder or been successful in direct sales facing burnout and seeking a better life, you can relate to this. It was common for us to work 16-18 hour days, vacations were far and few between and with continual changes in the housing market we started searching for other options outside the real estate industry to create additional streams of income along with a better lifestyle. 

In 2005 we could see that the real estate industry and the economy was about to change dramatically and it was clear to us that a home based business was the best choice for us which would enable us to develop an exit strategy from the real estate industry. In June of 2005 we found our home based business opportunity and began implementing our business experience, relationship marketing, networking and internet attraction formulas teaching others to do the same. Within 24 months of joining our home based business we became one of the top 25 income earners in our company.  This past January we retired from our real estate career to devote our time to our new business.  We are proud to have mentored 6 of our team members to retire from their former careers.

Today, with the internet and all the technology tools available (which are very simple) it's getting easier to teach good people to build their own businesses from the comfort of their own homes and create a better lifestyle.

Nicki and I live in Chandler, Arizona ,with our 2 crazy dogs Molly and Bailey, a cat named Frank, as well as a rescued Guinea pig (thats as big as one our dogs).  We have a beautiful daughter, Stephani (attending college at the Art Institute of Phoenix) and in November we look forward to our first grandchild.
